What should I wear when using an Infrared Sauna?

Can I bring a drink in to the sauna?

Operating Instructions

Adjust your sauna's temperature to between 40 and 50c

Sento Sauna Infrared Home Saunas preheats in 15 to 25 minutes (Magnesium) or Quartz (5 to 10 minutes). It is recommended that you add this preheating time to the duration time of your session

Make use of the pre-heating time to have a shower before using the infrared sauna

When the required temperature is reached the heating equipment will go on stand-by so as to maintain a constant temperature
